What is “Skip the Month” and how do I skip?

Each month between the 1st and the 5th, you will have the opportunity to be billed for exclusive membership benefits, including a promotional VIP Credit, unless you Skip the Month. When you visit the site during this time period, there will a button on the Account Information page that says “Skip the Month.” Follow the prompts, and you will have successfully skipped the month. You can also call our customer service number at 1-866-337-0906 (24 hours, 7 days a week) to Skip the Month as well.

We want you to check out all the new products and bundles we curate for you, so you can only skip one month at a time.
