For Desktop:
Visit your Boutique between the 1st and the 5th of the month and select the "Skip the Month" option.
For Mobile:
Visit the My Account page between the 1st and 5th of the month and select the "Skip the Month" option.
For Mobile App:
Tap on the Account tab and then Account Info. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Skip the Month" option.
At this time, VIP Members are not able to skip the month via voicemail or email.
