When you join the Loyalty Programme, you'll start off as a VIP. As you collect more reward points, your status will be upgraded to a higher loyalty tier. The higher the status, the more benefits available to you. You can check your current status in the Loyalty page under "My account".
When you earn 5,000 points within 12 months, you will be enrolled into “Elite” status.
When you earn 10,000 points within 12 months, you will be enrolled into “Diamond” status.
Your status is re-evaluated yearly from the date you received your new status. Your reevaluation is based on your previous year's earned points.
Once you receive a status, you'll remain in that status for one year regardless of how many points you spend.
