You may cancel your membership subscription at any time - it's very simple. To do so, you only need to contact our Customer Service team. Our agents will help and guide you through the whole process. Before you cancel remember the following:
- As a VIP Member, there's no obligation to buy something every month.
- You may 'skip' the month as many times as you want.
If you still wish to proceed with your membership cancellation, please note that cancelling is free of charge, so no worries! Although you'll miss out on the exclusive perks of the Membership Programme, you'll be able to redeem your remaining credits until they expire. We'll always let you know in advance via email, and we'll be happy to have you back and rejoin the membership anytime.
You can cancel your VIP membership by contacting us via phone or you can also send us a letter to TechStyle GmbH, Schlesische Strasse 38, 10997 Berlin, to cancel your VIP membership.
