What is your return/exchange policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept exchanges and returns within 60 days from the date of delivery. We offer free delivery & returns using the return label that we'll provide you with. If you decide to return the item using a different method, we won't cover the cost.

Exchanges and returns can be processed in the "My Account" section, in the Order History tab or by getting in touch with our Customer Service for support via phone.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Failure to follow these guidelines may mean that we could pursue action against you for compensation.

In case of a return, you'll be refunded in the same payment method you used to place the order.

If you paid your order using a credit card and you want a full refund in your original payment method, you've got 14 days from the date that you received your order to request a return for a refund. If your order was paid using VIP Credits or Store Credits, you'll be refunded in the same payment method.
