Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions.

We are experiencing minor delays due to COVID-19, and orders may take 1-5 days longer to arrive. This may also impact processing of returns and exchanges. Given the situation, this is fluid and changes daily and we are trying to get the best information we can.
