Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions.

We know that current circumstances are not ideal, and some may not have access to printers at this time to print out return / exchange labels. Given these circumstances, we are extending the typical 30-day return / exchange window to a 60-day return / exchange window on all orders placed from March 1 through April 30. If your request for return is urgent or if you are having issues generating a return online, please reach out to one of our customer service agents via phone or chat so we can further assist you. We will continually assess the ongoing situation and adjust the return / exchange window as needed to provide the best shopping experience for you.
